POSITION SUMMARY
For this role, there’s no such thing as being “too detailed”! Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, and as part of an 8-person team, the Data Quality Associate will support the peak period of United Way’s annual campaign.
The Data Quality Associate will perform quality assurance of customized web pages and data that has been transformed and loaded into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, as well as supporting the project rollout. Our CRM (Andar) features an online giving portal (ePledge) used by over 90 organizations every year to run their annual United Way campaign as part of raising over $20M to help Winnipeggers thrive. RESPONSIBILTIES
- Supports the delivery of the online donation system for a select group of accounts
- Performs Quality Assurance review in the online donation system of a workplace’s unique site prior to delivering for release. (Configuration of these sites is completed by other team members.)
- Performs Quality Assurance review of workplace staff lists uploaded to the CRM for ePledge and personalized pledge cards, prior to delivering to the workplace.
- Maintains accurate and complete data files and records.
- Undertakes special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
You are a person who highly values accuracy and ensuring donor information is correct. You also possess the following attributes:
- Office administration education that included a focus on technology or business
- Exceptional attention to detail, you possess a curious mind that notices when something is “just not right”
- Highly accurate data entry/keyboarding skills
- Computer CRM software experience, involvement in ETL processes would also be an asset
- Intermediate Excel capabilities, including experience using LOOKUP functions and pivot tables
- A strong commitment to ensuring organizational/individual data privacy and confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, deadline driven environment
