Job Description:
Day‑to‑Day Job Activities
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers at the rental counter and over the phone
- Provide clear, friendly, and efficient service
- Support customers with questions, rental needs, and general inquiries
Sales & Rental Support
- Assist with inside sales for products, services, and equipment rentals
- Prepare and process rental and sales contracts
- Handle equipment returns and close rental agreements
- Look up equipment information through company systems
Purchasing & Administration
- Assist with purchase order entry and tracking
- Keep paperwork organized and up to date to ensure accurate and timely transactions
Equipment Support
- Assist with basic equipment servicing as required (training provided)
Experience Required
- Customer service experience from retail, hospitality, call centers, or similar environments is an asset
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced setting with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Willingness to learn about equipment, product features, and rental applications
- Shift availability; professional appearance required
