Job Title: Principal Azure Cloud Platform Engineer Location: Toronto, ON, CA (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time
Must-haves Platform Engineering Coding Python or similar (hands on) Azure Cloud experience (platform implementation and deployment level) Infrastructure as Code Strong Github actions and Terraform experience Leadership (or at minimum engagement in several high-visibility enterprise-wide initiatives) Less Common Requirements
Azure certifications
Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering) 10+ years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering leadership, or infrastructure roles. Proven experience delivering and operating Azure environments. Experience designing, implementing and delivering large scale Azure platforms Strong hands on coding (Python or similar) Experience building foundational cloud platform capabilities, engineering enablement tooling, or shared services for internal development teams. Experience driving large projects, where you have demonstrated leadership skills, partnering with technology teams and leaders, building horizontal capabilities across the enterprise.
