Role: Senior Frontend Engineer (Tailwind) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $30 - $70 /hour

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (Tailwind) to work on a contract basis. This role involves developing and implementing robust, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS to help train next-generation AI systems. By contributing to this project, you will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. With a focus on domain expertise, your work will have a direct impact on the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain a consistent, scalable design system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences that meet the needs of diverse users.
  • Optimize frontend performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and enforcing best practices to ensure smooth user interactions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our UI architecture and component library to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Champion accessibility and usability standards to deliver inclusive products that cater to various user needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in React and Tailwind CSS with a strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Experience in developing responsive web interfaces with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and usability standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge to deliver inclusive products.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
