Position Description The Finance Manager – Product & Marketing is a strategic finance business partner that is responsible for driving financial performance across assigned Product Business Units , including full P&L ownership, promotional and investment analysis, portfolio optimization. The Finance Manager will work closely with Product and Marketing leadership to provide insights that guide strategic decisions, ensure profitability, and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with a commercial mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You Will Do:
- Act as the primary finance partner to Product and Marketing Business Unit leadership, providing financial guidance to support strategic and operational decisions
- Analyze product category P&Ls to monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas
- Evaluate marketing program effectiveness and ROI, providing insights to improve investment decisions
- Contribute to the development Product Promotion plans, long range and scenario financial planning
- Support product pricing, portfolio mix optimization, and product lifecycle management (new product launches, discontinuations, portfolio prioritization)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
- Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for commercial teams
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance and marketing functions
- Deliver timely ad hoc analysis to support key business decisions
- Oversee the preparation of various reports (SG&A analysis, forecasting & budgeting)

What You Have Done:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and /or CPA
- 5 years+ of progressive in commercial finance, FP&A and Process improvement
- Experience supporting Product or Marketing organizations within consumer goods, technology, manufacturing, or similar industries strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of P&L management and marketing ROI
- Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
