Your job
• Communicate directly with internal partners, equipment dealers, customers, and external professionals.
• Drive the credit and lease processes through generating quotes, applications, and credit write-ups.
• Prospecting of new equipment dealer accounts.
• Utilize effective communication to ensure customer expectations are successfully achieved with all internal/external stakeholders.
Your team
Within the Equipment Finance sector, you are part of a team of 300+ colleagues across Canada, and you report to the Regional Sales Director, Alberta and BC. Our training programs use on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You can access personalized training content on such topics as banking solutions and the advisory approach to support your ongoing learning. Basic requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or completed equivalent training, with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales success.
• Leveraged experience in the Agricultural Equipment market, considered an asset.
• Applied in-depth knowledge of credit and sales within Alberta’s Agriculture and Commercial sectors.
• Demonstrated abilities in negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and time/people management.
• Exhibited strong business acumen, with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, while upholding integrity and a drive for excellence.
• Thrived in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments by maintaining confidentiality and embracing new technologies.
• Acted as a strategic problem solver, prioritizing client and business needs, and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals and strategic initiatives.
