This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong client relationships in the leasing industry, delivering exceptional service, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs—all while consistently achieving sales targets.

Your job

• Communicate directly with internal partners, equipment dealers, customers, and external professionals.

• Drive the credit and lease processes through generating quotes, applications, and credit write-ups.

• Prospecting of new equipment dealer accounts.

• Utilize effective communication to ensure customer expectations are successfully achieved with all internal/external stakeholders.

Your team

Within the Equipment Finance sector, you are part of a team of 300+ colleagues across Canada, and you report to the Regional Sales Director, Alberta and BC. Basic requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or completed equivalent training, with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales success.

• Leveraged experience in the Agricultural Equipment market, considered an asset.

• Applied in-depth knowledge of credit and sales within Alberta’s Agriculture and Commercial sectors.

• Demonstrated abilities in negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and time/people management.

• Exhibited strong business acumen, with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, while upholding integrity and a drive for excellence.

• Thrived in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments by maintaining confidentiality and embracing new technologies.

• Acted as a strategic problem solver, prioritizing client and business needs, and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals and strategic initiatives.
