Assistant Sales Manager – Applewood Performance Centre
Builder Wanted – 60 100+ units/month

We’re not only move 60+ used & exotic vehicles a month — we do it in sneakers, with music playing, and almost every deal is closed over the phone or online.
Now we’re looking for one hungry, proven salesperson who’s ready to jump straight into leadership as our new Assistant Sales Manager and learn how to build a build 100 car a month store.
This is a true “earn while you learn” role — zero management experience required, just proof you can sell and the drive to lead.

The Role
- Work side-by-side with the GM and Sales Manager every day
- Desk deals, run the floor, train reps, and own a piece of the digital/phone pipeline
- Start with 2–3 reps reporting to you within 60–90 days
- Be in every leadership meeting — you’ll learn forecasting, bonuses, hiring, database mining, gross building… everything
- Clear runway to full Sales Manager within 12–18 months (we only promote from within)

- Independent Contractor (sole-prop — same structure as the rest of leadership)

- Realistic $100k–$140k+ in your first 12 months
- $150k–$200k+ once you’re running your own team (most hit this in year two)
