About the role
Position Overview
The Manager of Triumph Exteriors will build and lead the new Triumph Exteriors division, responsible for residential and low-rise exterior envelope services. This includes sales, installation, and service for Cedral siding/slate, Reynaers windows, sealants, and shingles.
The manager will establish the division’s organizational structure, lead business development, oversee project execution, and drive profitable growth while ensuring integration with other Triumph divisions (Cladding, Roofing, Service, Primefab, Primeline, Heather & Little).
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and build Triumph Exteriors into a standalone division with its own staff, systems, and processes.
- Develop sales and growth strategies for Cedral siding/slate, Reynaers window systems, sealant contracting, and shingles.
- Establish and grow relationships with residential builders, developers, architects, and homeowners.
- Oversee project delivery from contract award through completion, ensuring profitability, safety, and quality.
- Manage divisional P&L, including forecasting, AR coordination, and cost control.
- Recruit and manage project managers, supervisors, installers, and sales staff.
- Align divisional operations with Triumph Group systems (Sage 300, Procore, Salesforce, Smartsheet).
- Ensure all operations comply with Triumph’s safety standards in coordination with HS & Safety (Javier).
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in exterior construction (siding, windows, roofing, or related).
- Proven experience launching or managing a business unit or division.
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
- Financial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- Proficiency in Procore, Salesforce, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
