We are currently seeking a Valet Attendant to join our Downtown Toronto operations. As a Valet Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing professional valet services while ensuring the safe handling and care of customer vehicles. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrive in a hospitality-focused setting.
What would you be doing?
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Welcome guests upon arrival by opening vehicle doors, assisting with luggage or parcels, and providing directions when needed. Issue and collect valet tickets while maintaining accurate vehicle records. Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. Conduct visual vehicle inspections and report any existing or new damage immediately. Ensure all parked vehicles are properly secured by locking doors and relocating visible valuables to the trunk whenever possible. Maintain efficient curbside operations by returning promptly to the valet stand to greet arriving customers. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
What Are the Working Conditions?
Competitive hourly wage. Fast-paced, customer-focused work environment. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, valet, parking, retail, or a customer-facing environment. Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record. Demonstrated ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude. Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
