Metalworking Solutions (MSI) Inc. is looking for the perfect fit to fill the role of a Warehouse Associate in Edmonton, Alberta.

Job Details:

• This role will require you to lead by providing exceptional service to our customers and suppliers. Ensuring safety regulations are met. The individual hired for this role will need to be committed to completing tasks in a timely manner and focused on productivity.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
• Duties will include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products and communicating with customers and suppliers regarding any issues with deliveries.
• The preparation and processing of all paperwork related to the shipping of orders and the full processing of those documents for each delivery.
• Welcoming delivery trucks, receiving and tracking shipments as directed, handling all materials, tagging and label products as required, handling quality issues, and return of products.
• Work closely with our Technical Inside and Outside Sales team. The ability to work in a team environment is an absolute requirement.
• Enter data accurately using inventory and software programs provided.
• Detail orientated, dependable, and organized. The ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Additional Tasks with training provided will include supporting vending machine operations. Working with customers and suppliers and working closely with our sales team to implement solutions and resolve product issues collectively with their team.
• This will also include the filing and maintenance of these units as required.
