The Role

We’re on the hunt for an intermediate-level Designer who loves rolling up their sleeves and bringing big ideas to life. You’ll jump between multiple brands, from digital campaigns to traditional advertising, and have the chance to work on everything from logos and co-branding to high-profile, award-worthy projects across the network. Pitch directly to the team, collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and developers, and present to clients. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and full of opportunities to grow your skills, build your portfolio, and make a real impact. What You’ll Do:

Creative Contribution

  • Contribute original design thinking in response to creative briefs
  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop integrated campaign visual systems
  • Translate big ideas into scalable design toolkits across digital, social, OOH, print, CRM, and experiential
  • Present your work internally with clear rationale and attention to detail

Advanced Execution

  • Lead execution of multi-channel deliverables with minimal oversight
  • Build modular, adaptable assets for always-on and campaign environments
  • Apply strong typographic hierarchy, layout systems, and brand governance
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files across formats
  • Ensure quality control and consistency across all outputs
  • Troubleshoot file and production issues proactively

Modern Workflow & Platform Fluency

  • Design with platform best practices in mind (social formats, motion extensions, responsive layouts)
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to support ideation and production efficiency
  • Collaborate effectively with Strategy, Media, Production, and Client Services teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed with craft

Team & Culture

  • Contribute thoughtfully in creative reviews
  • Support junior designers informally when needed
  • Build strong working relationships across agency teams
  • Step up during peak production periods

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of agency or equivalent fast-paced creative experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and working knowledge of Figma
  • Deep understanding of digital-first design and content ecosystems
  • Solid knowledge of print production and asset preparation standards
  • Exceptional typography and layout skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning projects independently
  • Confident communicator who can explain design decisions clearly

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
