BPA is seeking an experienced professional for a strategic mandate with Pratt & Whitney Canada. The selected candidate will work directly on-site at usine de St-Hubert , managing industrial projects related to building systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and justify operational needs.
• Manage a portfolio of large-scale industrial projects.
• Plan and coordinate all phases of project execution.
• Research, recommend, and coordinate equipment acquisition.
• Support equipment installation, integration, and commissioning.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance on the shop floor.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform operational and financial follow-ups (including forecasts).

Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in managing industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
• Proficiency in Lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to prepare business cases and manage budgets/forecasts.
• Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership style with strong results orientation.
• Asset: experience in aerospace or manufacturing ramp-up environments.
