BPA is seeking an experienced professional for a strategic mandate with Pratt & Whitney Canada. The selected candidate will work directly on-site at usine de St-Hubert , managing industrial projects related to building systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and justify operational needs.
- Manage a portfolio of large-scale industrial projects.
- Plan and coordinate all phases of project execution.
- Research, recommend, and coordinate equipment acquisition.
- Support equipment installation, integration, and commissioning.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance on the shop floor.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform operational and financial follow-ups (including forecasts).
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in managing industrial/manufacturing projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
- Proficiency in Lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to prepare business cases and manage budgets/forecasts.
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Collaborative leadership style with strong results orientation.
- Asset: experience in aerospace or manufacturing ramp-up environments.
