Hourly rate of $18.71 Start date – Mid-December to March 22, 2026 Part Time Hours:
- Part-Time: 2-3 shifts per week
- Shift lengths: 4-8 hours
- Shifts anywhere from 10:00am to 8:00pm; weekend and holiday work required
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The Validation Attendant greets guests at the Ski Lift Line to ensure they are utilizing the correct access product such as seasons passes or lift tickets and educating the guest about the support and guidance correct access products
- Checking guest’s access passes at lift lines and other access locations that use RFID gates and scanners
- Interacting with guests – engaging, approaching, introducing yourself and initiating conversation. Explaining each attraction and communicating the individual restrictions and age requirements
- Helping to move and support flow of guests at specific validation pinch points
- Sharing passion and knowledge of Blue Mountain and helping orient guests to the Mountain
- Providing assistance for guests who may need support having their passes scanned
- Redirecting guests to Guest Services if they have the incorrect ticket or pass.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work outside for the full shift, in cold weather.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and problem solve as well as manage challenging situations.
- Team orientated with an energetic, friendly, cheerful, and animated demeanor.
- Ski/Snowboard skills/knowledge is an asset
- Resort knowledge is a plus!
