About the role
Job Description Physical demands:
- Ability to perform repetitive, manual material handling without restriction requiring (but not limited to) the following physical abilities: kneeling, bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
- Must demonstrate the strength and aerobic capacity required for the above-mentioned work up to 8 hours each day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities
- Set and Prioritize Daily Operational Objectives
- Expedite Orders and Correct Purchase Order Receipts
- Maintain Inventory Accuracy through Cycle Counts and Adjustments
- Manage Team Data including Check-ins, Certifications/Training and Performance Reviews
- Communicating with the Team
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent or Trade Certificate
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in Related Field
- Ability to Multi-Task Effectively with Attention to Accuracy and Detail
- Excellent People Skills and Emotional Intelligence
- Strong Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal
- Strong Computer Skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne considered an asset
- Bilingual considered an asset
