Job Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud – Technical Architect

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect with deep web development expertise to design and deliver enterprise digital experiences on Salesforce. A significant portion of this role will focus on Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM)—including partner portals and workflows that support onboarding, enablement, co‑selling, and revenue acceleration—but the architect will also work across a broader portfolio of Experience Cloud–based solutions, such as customer, employee, learning, and content-driven experiences.

This architect will work closely with clients to translate business goals into functional and technical solution designs, owning architectural decisions from early sales and scoping phases through build and delivery. The role requires a blend of strategic architecture and hands-on execution: configuring Salesforce, building Lightning Web Components, and defining scalable patterns for Experience Cloud implementations.

Success in this role requires strong command of modern web standards (accessibility, SEO, and performance), identity and single sign-on concepts, and the networking considerations required to launch branded Experience Cloud sites. Solutions will frequently incorporate Partner Ecosystem Management, as well as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS), to enable training, content delivery, and user engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery and solution design for Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) and other Experience Cloud implementations.
  • Architect and deliver partner-facing experiences, including:
    • Partner onboarding and enablement
    • Deal registration and pipeline visibility
    • Lead and opportunity collaboration
    • Partner self quoting and pricing workflows
    • Co selling and incentive programs
  • Design additional Experience Cloud solutions such as customer self-service portals, employee experiences, learning portals, and content hubs.
  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end functional and technical architectures.
  • Make and document architectural decisions, including:
    • Experience Cloud LWR vs Aura site strategy
    • Component composition and theming patterns
    • Development tooling and DevOps approach
  • Design and develop Lightning Web Components, while configuring Salesforce features to support solution needs.
  • Define identity, access, and security models, including SSO and authentication patterns for external users.
  • Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and performance expectations.
  • Guide domain setup, DNS configuration, and go live readiness for Experience Cloud sites.
  • Design solutions that leverage or integrate with LMS and CMS platforms.
  • Support pre-sales and scoping efforts, including estimation, solution shaping, and technical guidance.
  • Provide architectural leadership throughout build, review, and release phases.

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud across multiple use cases.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce configuration.
  • Proven ability to design both functional solutions and technical architectures.
  • Experience making architectural tradeoffs (e.g., LWR vs Aura, component architecture, tooling choices).
  • Strong understanding of Partner Ecosystem Management and common partner sales and marketing motions, including:
    • Onboarding and enablement
    • Deal registration and pipeline transparency
    • Lead and opportunity collaboration
    • Partner self‑quoting and quote management
    • Co‑marketing and incentive programs
  • Experience creating support and service flows for partner and customer solutions including self-service solutions powered by Salesforce Knowledge.
  • Strong modern web development foundations.
  • Mastery of accessibility and SEO best practices.
  • Working knowledge of identity management and single sign-on (SSO) concepts.
  • Understanding of networking and domain setup required to launch production web properties.
  • Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Client-facing experience leading discovery, design, and architectural discussions.
  • Experience shaping work during pre-sales and delivering solutions end-to-end.
  • Comfortable operating as a hands-on architect, balancing design leadership with implementation.
