The Role
We’re looking for someone earlier in their career who wants to grow quickly and isn’t afraid of taking ownership of critical processes and systems. You will own our two most important operational outcomes; On-Time Delivery and Quality, while conducting the production engine that delivers them. This role is built for an engineer with two to four years under their belt who wants to carve their own path in a technical operations capacity. You'll start by learning the floor, supporting our production with engineering/DFM input, and then leading order management while focusing on continuous improvement. This role will be instrumental in building the next phase of our business as the premier mid-market HMLV manufacturing partner in electronics across Central and Eastern North America.
What You'll Own
On Time Delivery: Coordinating cross functional teams to ensure products leave our facility on time while diagnosing and directly resolving roadblocks. Order Management: Manage the production calendar and capacity planning to ensure the team has the information and resources needed to succeed. Production Operations: Manage and improve our value delivery infrastructure, covering everything from our traveller, daily ops board, and planning engine; support the team from the ground up. Engineering Support: Lead DFM reviews, technical audits and approvals, and build-complexity assessments to ensure technical blockers are removed quickly and concisely. Special Projects: Support the CEO directly on strategic initiatives across the business.
Who We’re Looking For
Undergraduate degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related) with 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, consulting, or a technically demanding environment A high agency individual that has a bias towards action, is unafraid of accountability, and can operate under friction who is naturally curious about the world around them. Highly organized and data-driven; comfortable living between spreadsheets/dashboards and the production floor. Exceptional communicator who can hold a standard with business unit leaders and other senior individuals to rally around a common goal. English fluency required; French strongly preferred. Assets: electronics manufacturing exposure, IPC-A-610 familiarity, experience with Google Workspace, experience with product development or process improvement.
Compensation
$70,000 to $80,000 base salary + bonus. This role is eligible for performance-based equity participation after 12 months.

Nous recherchons une personne en début de carrière qui souhaite progresser rapidement et qui n'a pas peur de prendre en charge des processus et des systèmes critiques. Vous serez responsable de nos deux résultats opérationnels les plus importants - la livraison à temps et la qualité - tout en dirigeant le moteur de production qui les livre. Ce poste est conçu pour un ingénieur ou une ingénieure ayant de deux à quatre ans d'expérience qui veut tracer sa propre voie dans les opérations techniques. Vous commencerez par apprendre le plancher de production, en soutenant nos équipes avec des contributions en ingénierie et en fabricabilité (DFM), pour ensuite prendre la direction de la gestion des commandes avec un accent sur l'amélioration continue. Ce rôle sera déterminant dans la construction de la prochaine phase de notre entreprise, en route pour devenir le partenaire de fabrication électronique haute diversité, faibles volumes (HMLV) de référence du marché intermédiaire dans le centre et l'est de l'Amérique du Nord.
Vos responsabilités
Livraison à temps : coordonner les équipes multifonctionnelles afin que les produits quittent nos installations à temps, tout en diagnostiquant et en résolvant directement les obstacles. Gestion des commandes : gérer le calendrier de production et la planification de la capacité afin que l'équipe dispose de l'information et des ressources nécessaires pour réussir. Opérations de production : gérer et améliorer notre infrastructure de livraison de valeur — de la fiche suiveuse au tableau des opérations quotidiennes en passant par notre moteur de planification; soutenir l'équipe sur le terrain. Soutien en ingénierie : diriger les revues de fabricabilité (DFM), les audits et approbations techniques ainsi que les évaluations de complexité de fabrication afin d'éliminer rapidement et efficacement les blocages techniques. Projets spéciaux : appuyer directement le président-directeur général dans des initiatives stratégiques à l'échelle de l'entreprise.
Le profil recherché
Diplôme universitaire en génie (industriel, mécanique, électrique ou connexe) et de 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en fabrication, en opérations, en conseil ou dans un environnement techniquement exigeant Une personne dotée d'un grand sens de l'initiative, avec un fort penchant pour l'action, qui n'a pas peur de l'imputabilité, qui sait opérer malgré la friction et qui fait preuve d'une curiosité naturelle pour le monde qui l'entoure Très organisée et axée sur les données; à l'aise autant dans les tableurs et les tableaux de bord que sur le plancher de production Communicateur ou communicatrice exceptionnelle, capable de faire respecter un standard auprès de chefs d'unités d'affaires et d'autres personnes d'expérience afin de rallier tout le monde vers un objectif commun Maîtrise de l'anglais requise; français fortement préféré Atouts : expérience en fabrication électronique, connaissance de la norme IPC-A-610, expérience avec Google Workspace, expérience en développement de produits ou en amélioration de procédés
Rémunération
Salaire de base de 70 000 $ à 80 000 $ + prime. Admissibilité à une participation au capital après 12 mois, selon la performance.
