The Opportunity
We are currently seeking someone who is a great communicator, who is creative, and who obsesses over “the details” to join our Custom Learning Team, in the new role of eLearning Developer Assistant.
The Role
This role will involve course and content data entry, copy editing, reviewing content for consistency, and performing quality assurance (QA) on built eLearning courses. Additionally, in this role you will handle various administrative project management tasks such as; communicating with the internal team, updating our project management software, attending client meetings to take detailed notes, and/or drafting email communications. This role could evolve to include drafting simple storyboards and assisting in managing client revisions to courses.
Success in this role will require a commitment to maintaining high standards, ensuring consistency, and supporting your team in the seamless execution of eLearning projects. No project is the same as another, so being flexible and adaptable will serve you well.
The Right Candidate
- You are highly organized and have a very keen eye for detail.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and have a desire to execute on tasks efficiently.
- You are quick to learn new tools and processes.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Level C2 is required).
- You are familiar with using both the Google and MS Office suites, including MS Teams.
- You are comfortable collaborating in a virtual team environment.
- You are not intimidated by tight deadlines.
- You are comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance your work or productivity.
- The following would be considered assets:

- You have some understanding of eLearning theories and how to apply them to course design.
- You understand and enjoy the storyboarding process.
