Line Cook (Seasonal Full-Time)

We?re building a strong, professional kitchen team for the 2026 season at Sturgeon Valley Golf & Country Club?and we?re looking for cooks who want to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where standards actually matter.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a structured kitchen with a mix of à la carte service and high-volume events, while working under a leadership team focused on consistency, organization, and growth.

What You?ll Do

• Execute menu items consistently and efficiently during service
• Set up and maintain your station to a high standard (mise en place is non-negotiable)
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• Keep your station clean, organized, and service-ready at all times
• Support prep and production as needed
• Work as part of a team to deliver smooth, professional service

What We?re Looking For

• Minimum 1?2 years line cook experience (or strong foundational skills)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Reliable and consistent?your team needs to be able to count on you
• Available evenings and weekends (some mornings required)
• Reliable transportation (no public transit access)
