About the Role

InBeat is hiring an Internal Creative Studio Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the creative and technical teams supporting a major new CPG energy brand, backed by one of the world’s largest corporations. You will be fully dedicated to this flagship client, managing workflows across social media, video, motion, email/SMS, and development.

This role is about connecting the dots: you’ll keep projects organized, deadlines clear, and communication flowing between creative leads, developers, and client stakeholders. You’ll manage the day-to-day creative studio operations while ensuring that deliverables are executed on time, on brand, and aligned with the broader strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the internal creative studio team, including video editors, motion designers, social media managers, and email/SMS designers.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with the Shopify Plus Developer, Klaviyo/Loyalty Integrator, and QA Specialist.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, task assignments, and deliverable tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between creative and technical teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Run project management systems (Asana, ClickUp, or similar), keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable.
  • Support the Senior Social Media Content Strategist by ensuring creative output aligns with the content calendar and brand strategy.
  • Provide status updates, reports, and escalation of risks/blockers to client and InBeat leadership.
  • Ensure that creative deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6+ years of project management experience, ideally in a creative agency, in-house brand studio, or eCommerce/CPG environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows (social, video, motion, design, lifecycle marketing).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams that include both creatives and developers.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to bridge creative and technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; French bilingual capability strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in consumer brand launches or high-growth CPG environments.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and common eCommerce tech stacks.
  • Agency or startup experience managing fast-paced, multi-channel campaigns.
