About the role
Myticas is Looking for a self-motivating individual to join our clients Lab Support Team to manage the network infrastructure of the R&D lab environment, including Software tool management and maintaining the physical assets.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Working with IT Teams and lab users to ensure optimal functioning of the lab network
- Resolve lab subnet issues
- Manage and maintain the Software licenses used by the R&D team
- Optimize server resources to support the needs of the Engineering team
- Manage the lab physical asset & asset database, following best practices within the board guidelines of the Business Unit
- Assist in improving lab usage efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with R&D Lab environment.
