Location: Bangalore (Hoskote) Job Statement: Senior Assistant is responsible for assigning task to ground associates, monitoring floor associates to ensure hourly productivity is achieved as expected, updating standard MIS, publishing timely reports through mails, coordinating with cross functional in order to fulfill the requirements, attending to queries raised by the client & Internal stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performing inventory hygiene activities.
• Conducting team huddles.
• Ensure to maintain bin level inventory accuracy.
• Ensure floor hygiene.
• Preparing shift roster.
• Conducting refreshment training to ground associates.
• Performing weekly asset audit.
• Providing quick resolution, supporting outbound for any order stuck related issues.
• Updating standard MIS tracker.
• Maintaining 5S & ensure adhering to safety norms.

Qualifications:

• Must have 1 Year of working experience in any 3P.
• Must be a graduate.
• Strong inventory analytical skills.
• Must be flexible in rotational shift.
• Must have experience in handling ground associates in any 3P.
• Holding WMS & ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
