Our team works with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube creators and manages both traditional influencer campaigns and TikTok Shop programs.
Role Overview
The Influencer Partnership Manager is responsible for building and managing strong creator relationships across all platforms. You will run creator outreach, negotiate partnerships, coordinate collaborations, manage posting schedules and support both affiliate programs and paid influencer campaigns.
This role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage many active creator conversations at the same time. You will be the main point of contact for creators and ensure smooth execution of all campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Recruitment and Outreach • Discover and contact influencers through TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, email and other tools • Evaluate creator fit based on brand niche, audience and past performance • Send offers for gifted collaborations, affiliate partnerships and paid campaigns • Negotiate rates and terms while staying aligned with client goals • Manage outreach funnels for both influencer marketing and TikTok Shop
Campaign Management • Coordinate gifted, affiliate and paid partnerships from start to finish • Ensure timely sample requests, product deliveries and posting deadlines • Track deliverables, performance and overall output for each creator • Manage usage rights, links, coupon codes and reporting
Relationship Management • Build long term relationships with creators and maintain positive communication • Identify top performers for retainer opportunities • Handle questions and logistics quickly and professionally • Maintain a high level of creator satisfaction with Livano Agency
Reporting and Coordination • Update Pipedrive and internal dashboards with creator progress • Work with brand owners to align on products, briefs, approvals and performance • Prepare weekly reports on creator output, performance and recommendations • Share insights with internal teams to improve systems and funnels
Requirements
• Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships or social media management • Strong written communication • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage many creator conversations • Comfortable using CRM tools, outreach tools and social media platforms • Understanding of how influencer content drives sales and conversions • Fluent in English
Nice to Have
• Experience with TikTok Shop creator management • Experience managing affiliate programs • Background in e commerce or DTC brand marketing
