THE TEAM
The Retail Operations team (internally known as Retail Integration) ensures the seamless running of day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity. We deliver world-class client experiences and collaborate across functions to make it happen.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity to join Aritzia’s Retail Integration team and contribute to programs, initiatives, and events that drive operational excellence in Aritzia’s Boutiques. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional projects and learn how our Retail Boutiques operate and scale in a dynamic environment. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.
THE ROLE
As an Intern in Retail Integration, you will support with:
- Supporting Retail Programs and Initiatives: Assist in executing key Retail programs and day-to-day operations to ensure boutiques run seamlessly and deliver world-class client experiences.
- Coordinating Cross-Functional Projects: Help manage timelines, resources, and processes for initiatives that impact the Retail Division, ensuring smooth integration across departments.
- Assisting with Event Execution: Contribute to planning and delivering events such as clientele experiences, new boutique openings, and product launches, ensuring flawless execution.
- Maintaining Retail Infrastructure: Support the management of tools, systems, supplies, and communications to keep Retail operations efficient and organized.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Intern, Retail Integration has/is:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2026 to April 2027
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
- A resourceful and entrepreneurial way of working.
- A passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry.
- A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details.
- A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutions.
- Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued.

- Internship Dates: May 11 – July 31, 2026 (12 weeks)
- Location: Vancouver, BC
- Successful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary
