- Acting as theultimate authority for the delivery and quality of IT servicesprovided to the supported business sectors; -Advising business sectorson their digital orientations, including the selection and implementation of technological solutions; -Leading the delivery of IT solutionsbased on business needs, while meeting expected quality standards, timelines, and budgets;
- Driving the management and execution of amajor digital transformation programaligned with the strategic vision of the business line;
- Leading, coaching, anddeveloping a teamof managers and IT professionals to achieve business objectives.

- Has15 years of experience in information technology, including the management of large-scale programs and budgets;
- Is recognized for theirability to lead large-scale digital transformations;

- Demonstrates a strong ability to mobilize teams, influence stakeholders, and support change;
- Is recognized for theirleadership in people managementand talent development;
- Anadvanced level of Englishis required, as the role involves participating in management meetings, collaborating with internal teams across Canada, and communicating with vendors, with internal and external partners, on a daily basis.
