Tasks/Responsibilities
DELAN is continuously seeking IT Technicians for companies in the greater Montreal area, Quebec province, and across Canada. In general, the IT Technician will be responsible of providing technical support to employees to efficiently resolve IT issues in the company.
MORE PRECISELY
- Provide IT support (hardware and software) to employees
- Configure new workstations and maintain them
- Work primarily in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
- Participate in user training and technical documentation
- Maintain the IT asset inventory and license management
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician
- Experience in a corporate environment using Windows and Microsoft 365
- Proficiency with a ticketing system
- Strong communication skills and excellent client service skills
- DEP in IT support or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
