Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent Data Scientist to support enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). Top Skills

Responsibilities
- Apply AI/ML/NLP techniques to support semantic search, contradiction detection, and content enrichment.
- Design and implement knowledge graphs and ontology models for scalable KM frameworks.
- Develop and deploy supervised and unsupervised learning models for metadata validation and document classification.
- Integrate Azure Cognitive Services and other AI tools for automated tagging, summarization, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with architects, linguists, and content authors to ensure semantic consistency and accuracy.
- Support bilingual dataset processing and merging into unified knowledge articles.
- Contribute to iterative development cycles, rapid prototyping, and continuous integration.
- Participate in the design of scalable, API-accessible KM ecosystems using DevOps practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Computational Linguistics.

- Hybrid work arrangement — onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed.
- Eligibility for Reliability Status security clearance; minimum five years’ residency in Canada.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
