The opportunityReporting to the CFO, we are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager, Strategy & Analytics to establish our centralized Business Intelligence function. This is an expert-level individual contributor role that will own the BI function from day one, acting as a strategic thought partner with functional leaders to guide the identification of data needed to drive key business-critical decisions, and then translating their thought process into the necessary dashboards and models.
This is a full-time, remote position, with occasional travel to client offices as needed.

You will:
- Lead the Business Intelligence function. You will define, implement, and continuously improve WELL's company-wide approach to reporting, dashboards, and analytics. You will build and maintain high-quality dashboards in Power BI that provide clear, actionable views into business performance. You will translate leadership and functional team questions into structured reporting frameworks and models. You will maintain and evolve our data models in Snowflake.
- Enable strategic, data-informed decision-making. You will act as a thought partner to business leaders, helping frame the right questions, identify relevant metrics, and build tools to support decisions. You will develop financial models to support decisions around pricing, resource planning, and acquisition performance. You will audit current dashboards and reporting workflow, including an executive-level report for a high-priority product launch tied to a revenue forecast. You will support ad hoc decision-making and scenario modelling for leadership and board discussions.
- Partner cross-functionally. You will build relationships with leaders from Growth, Finance, and Operations. You will embed with key functions (Finance, Growth, Ops, M&A) to proactively support data-driven guidance. You will support the centralization of data from multiple sources, including acquisitions and other sources. You will establish scalable reporting standards and documentation processes.
- Optimize requests and workflow. You will align with WELL HQ to launch a centralized data request intake process and develop a cadence for reviewing data requests with the VP of Growth Operations and executives. You will create a system to track BI effort bandwidth and forecast capacity 1-2 quarters in advance.. You will implement a consistent reporting framework across functions. You will ensure the on-time delivery of scoped analytics projects with predictable timelines. You will identify and scope automation for at least one manual finance model. You will produce a roadmap for BI priorities and data centralization.
Here's what you bring:
- The experience. You have expertise in business intelligence, strategic analytics and financial modelling, including pricing and forecasting. You are a proven strategic thought partner to business and financial leaders and can confidently take ownership of your function.
- The technical skills. You are highly proficient with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Excel. You have experience centralizing data and automating fragmented reporting systems.
