About the role

BRP is seeking a passionate and results-driven Team Leader – Logistics Projects to lead strategic logistics initiatives, including the launch of a new production site in Asia. This is a unique opportunity to shape global logistics operations within a world-class organization. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, fostering growth and accountability.

Conduct feasibility studies with a strong ROI focus to support strategic decisions.

Ensure logistics readiness for the launch of a new factory in Asia.

Own the budget for logistics projects and proactively forecast future needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, customs, and other teams to solve problems and deliver optimal solutions.

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in transport, packaging, inventory, and warehousing.

Create compelling executive presentations to communicate project updates.

Represent logistics in governance and decision-making forums.

Align logistics strategies with operational realities and supply chain dynamics.

Promote Lean thinking and a mindset of continuous improvement.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain optimization.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively.

Demonstrated success in cost optimization with measurable business impact.

Bilingual fluency in English and French, both written and spoken in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec

Strong initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail.

A strategic mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
