**Reports to:**Senior Manager – Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating teams cross-functionally at Ya YA -including Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and Planning.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with internal stakeholders, and senior management to provide status updates, manage expectations, and drive alignment.
- Oversee audit process of system setup and data integrity for onboarding new customers and vendors, including bill of materials (BOM), Finished Product Specifications (FPS); ensure alignment with Quality documentation and ERP system accuracy.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks by analyzing challenges and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Own project success by proactively identifying risks, analyzing challenges, and leading cross-functional teams to develop sustainable, long-term solutions.
- Other duties as assigned
Profile:
- Currently enrolled in college/ university program for Business, Marketing, or Project Management.
- High attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and process consistency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Planner, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- NB: Successful candidates will be required to provide photo ID, banking details, a valid SIN number, and (if applicable) a valid work permit
