The Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC) is seeking 2 customer-focused and highly organized individuals for the position of Case Management Consultant in the Client Services Unit located at the SATCC Regina Head Office. These are term positions until August 31, 2027.

In this position, you will:

  • Provide excellent client service (based on established Key Performance Indicators) for any incoming telephone, mail, or email queries and requests from clients and the general public;
  • Identify and provide solutions for IT and business process enhancements, fixes, or changes to meet the needs of clients and resolve ongoing user issues;
  • Provide general information, advice, and counselling regarding the Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Act and Regulations, SATCC’s Operational Policies, and eligibility for various programs and certificates;
  • Process and report electronic payments adhering to financial controls and reporting requirements; and
  • Provide general office support by word processing, copying, maintaining electronic filing systems, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, which includes sensitive and confidential materials.

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

  • Resolve problems related to client use of MyATC, a client-facing electronic registration system; identify call urgency and prioritize accordingly, and set appropriate customer expectations, using applicable policies and guidelines;
  • Utilize a call tracking system for the purpose of capturing client requests, incidents, questions, and problems and logging the work performed; and
  • Clearly and accurately communicate (verbally and in writing) information/explanations on issues, policies, and procedures with clients, co-workers, and work-related contacts in a manner appropriate to the audience, in a caring and responsible way.
