Client Services Representative

Are you a seasoned Client Services Representative with a flair for excellence? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to support our public sector clients through interim opportunities with the potential for extension. Elevate your career with a role that combines professionalism, customer service finesse, and strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and assistance to the public, handling customer service inquiries through email, fax, and written correspondence.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, offering accurate and comprehensive information on applications, examinations, registrations, renewals, and other member services.
  • Process and manage payments, including refunds, ensuring accurate application of account payments and handling of incoming correspondence.
  • Contribute to special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of client services and administration experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines with efficient attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Superior written and verbal skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters with discretion.
  • Stellar communication skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively autonomously and as a member of a team.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is considered a strong asset.
