Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Change Management Manager to lead change strategies for a large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation program. This role will be central to driving adoption and engagement across departments as the organization implements a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, digitizes manufacturing operations, enhances data and reporting capabilities, meets regulatory requirements, and expands customer engagement initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute integrated change management strategies across PLM, manufacturing, data/reporting, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure organizational readiness and compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness evaluations.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Product Creation, Technology, Merchandising, Compliance, Digital E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Global Sustainability teams to embed change management into project plans.
- Design and deliver tailored communication, training, and engagement programs for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and oversee the development and delivery of custom training materials.
- Monitor adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback to optimize change strategies continuously.
- Coach leaders and managers to serve as effective change champions.
- Maintain and evolve change management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Let's Talk About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) strongly preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience leading large cross-functional change initiatives.
- Proven success in system implementations and process transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of data governance and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., France AGEC).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems (e.g., MS D265, PTC FlexPLM, Centric).
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience design is an asset.
- Familiarity with compliance and risk management in regulated industries.
