The ideal candidate for the Service Support Specialist role will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a dedication to excellent customer service. This position plays a key role in supporting the service department by combining administrative expertise, customer care, and collaboration with team members.

What We Expect from You:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and assisting with inquiries.
  • Acting as a backup for service advisors during peak times by scheduling appointments, tracking repairs, and following up with customers.
  • Supporting the service department with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Collaborating with technicians, advisors, and the service manager to ensure seamless department operations.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

We Hire Attitude Over Aptitude, But We Do Have a Few Non-Negotiables:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer care.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to problem-solve.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a service or automotive setting, is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
