Are you passionate about craftsmanship, detail, and bringing designs to life? Impact XM is looking for a Cabinet Maker to join our Custom Fabrication team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting, assembling, and repairing exhibit booth components — ensuring every build reflects our On Brand standards of quality and precision.

This is a hands-on position where your skills will directly shape the exhibits and experiences our clients rely on. If you take pride in your work, thrive in a collaborative workshop, and enjoy turning raw materials into polished finished products, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Construct and assemble custom exhibits, cabinets, and components from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and apply laminates, veneers, solid surfaces, and finishes.
• Build and fit shipping crates to protect custom work during transport.
• Set up and operate woodworking machines, including saws and CNC machines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready fabrication space.
• Complete detailed production paperwork and reports for each project.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed on time and to spec.

What We’re Looking For

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED, plus 6–12 months of related carpentry experience (or equivalent combination of education and training).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in woodworking, blueprint reading, and machine operation (experience with CNC a plus).

• Core Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide (fractions, decimals, percentages)

• Skilled in following instructions — written, oral, and diagram-based

• Comfortable working with others in a fast-paced environment

• Physically able to meet the demands of woodworking and fabrication
