About The Opportunity Our client is seeking an Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Competition/Anti-Trust and Foreign Investment law. This role offers exposure to both corporate and litigation matters, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a broad and dynamic practice. Lawyers with at least one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- Build specialized expertise in Competition/Anti-Trust and Foreign Investment law
- Gain experience handling both corporate transactions and litigation files
- Advise clients on merger matters, cartel investigations, and competition-related class proceedings
- Provide strategic counsel on compliance issues, pre-merger processes, and regulatory reviews under competition legislation
- Support clients in navigating advertising and marketing regulatory requirements
- Benefit from ongoing mentorship, professional development, and career progression opportunities
- Candidates recently called to the bar are encouraged to apply

- This is an on-site role located in Downtown Toronto, ON
- Competitive salary starting at $100,000 and incentive package, to be determined based on experience
