Due to the growth the company has experienced over the last two years, we have the need for a full-time, in-house experienced bookkeeper.

Software You Need Great working knowledge of Deltek Ajera and Quickbooks

What You Will Be Doing The primary accountant role for the day-to-day and periodic tasks of the company, working under the direction and supervision of the CEO and Office Manager;

• AP, AR, GST and other regular routines;
• Bank and GL account reconciliations;
• Provide annual reports, prepare budgets, etc.
• Accounting will be required for multiple companies with primary role being the client.
• Office related administrative duties;
• Various other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required, But Are Not Limited To

• Accounting diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution;
• Well versed in running accounting and other software; Experience with Deltek Ajera and Quickbooks necessary
• Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 enterprise solutions/tools.
