The Business Analyst and Organizational****Change Management Specialist supports and drives optimization initiatives that improve the customer experience at ENMAX. The role involves collaborating with the project team to create business requirements that enhance adoption and organizational readiness. Key responsibilities include building strong stakeholder relationships, coaching leaders through change, and developing customized, innovative solutions. The Specialist will mitigate risks and ensure the success and adoption of initiatives, contributing to the team's overall proficiency.
Major Responsibilities:

Lead cross functional teams to develop detailed change management requirements in complex technical landscapes.

Develop and continuously update ENMAX specific training materials for both onboarding new internal and external resources and ongoing training needs.

Lead, manage and execute training sessions (end-user training and/or train-the-trainer).

Using your considerable expertise, develop evaluation metrics, monitor success of training and sustainability efforts. Support continuous improvements by reflecting on past actions and projects.

Design, develop and execute plans and required documentation for training and communication. Leading cross departmental teams through new processes required for transformational projects.

Collaborate with corporate communications and digital teams to issue relevant communications.

Provide leadership, coaching and support to change network and super user groups and to foster adoption of systems and processes using various change management methodologies.

Be a trusted advisor/coach and influence senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.

Work with stakeholders to identify issues and coordinate effort to provide appropriate solutions to the problem, whether it be training, communications, process documentation etc.

Synthesize detailed concepts and present concise information to stakeholders through presentation and documentation, to facilitate decision making and prepare the business for the change.

Understand complex and sometimes technical “as is” processes, map them and facilitate the development of effective “to be” procedures, converting processes and procedures to understand the impact of change to cross functional teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to identify and document solution requirements and user stories from different perspectives.

Work with project team members and assess risks associated with projects and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Education:
-
Degree in a related area with 4+ years’ relevant experience or Diploma in a related area with 6+ years’ relevant experience.

Prosci change management certification is an asset
Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive experience in change management including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to deliver tactical components of the change plans (training, communications, etc.).

Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
-
Able to coach and communicate at all levels of the organization.

Experience in project delivery and analysis.

Ability to convey change-related messages, written and verbal, to various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Salary: Analyst Level C (Current CUPE 2025 rates)
$99,626.44 - $105,855.57 - $112,084.70 - $118,313.83 - $124,542.96
Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
