Position #: 9008111 Expected Start Date: June 08, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Swift Current Community Services City/Town: Swift Current Department: Primary Care Sites Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: In collaboration with the health team, the primary health nurse will provide primary health services to the community. This includes: health promotion and protection, disease and injury prevention, provision of supportive, instructive, treatment and emergency services; collaboration with and referral to other health care professionals; initiating and participating in community development initiatives and participating in evaluative projects.
