The typical hiring range for this position is $21 hourly and is specific to candidates in this location. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join!
Ongoing training and development
Control Centre Operator Responsibilities
Fill in as needed for open positions within the Control Centre
Answer incoming calls from Queue and direct to extension.
Respond and Action emails in a timely fashion
Create schedules in scheduling software. Maintain all schedules within portfolio of accounts. Fill all open shifts with the proper classification of guard. Responsible for confirming and approving billing and payroll for set portfolio of accounts. Investigate and resolve reported pay discrepancies. Maintenance of staffing requirements and extra coverage. Comply with scheduling instructions within procedures.

Control Centre Operator Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The individual must be flexible and able to work upon short notice.
