We’re looking for a passionate Personal Trainer or Kinesiologist who is committed to helping older adults stay strong, confident, and engaged in their daily lives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes
- Provide personalized one-on-one training sessions
- Design safe, evidence-based exercise programs aligned with CSEP standards
- Monitor and document resident progress professionally
- Foster meaningful relationships that motivate and inspire residents
What You Bring
- Degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field OR Personal Training certification through a recognized provincial or national organization
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check / Criminal Record Check
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Experience working with older adults (preferred)
- Strong documentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
