About the role
We are hiring a Salesforce Scrum Master for an onsite role in Toronto, ON.
Must-have requirements
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce programs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
Experience leading Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Experience managing end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives.
Experience partnering with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, sprint readiness, story refinement, and DoR/DoD alignment.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
Experience identifying and resolving impediments, risks, and dependencies.
Experience tracking Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint health.
Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and release coordination.
Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) certification is mandatory.
