HAWTHORNE TERMINAL
**Start Date:**August 2025
Location**:** 3330 Hawthorne Rd, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 3W9
Scheduled Shift**:** Monday – Friday, 04:00 PM – 07:30 PM, 17.5 hours weekly
Pay-rate: $20.93 per hour (next salary increase after 3 months of service as per Collective Agreement)

Job Duties
The Support Representative, US & International Gateway, provides US/International service options to our customers by scanning, verifying shipper/receiver address, shipment contents, service (Air, Ground, Saturday, Dangerous Goods) and Dollar Value.
Responsibilities
Process US/International Shipments through UPS Connect System
Take information from package/label, verify information, and input into the Connect System
Verify shipment paperwork/labels, contents, county of origin, service etc.
Print/Scan/photocopy invoices and document
Education
High School Diploma (or equivalent), or working towards Diploma
Experience
6 months experience in clerical/office environment type role
3 months experience working with computers / technology (e.g., word processors, document management systems, scanners, etc.)
3 months experience troubleshooting for scanners and printers
Previous experience in a Unionized environment considered an asset
Experience working in an environment with safety standards an asset
