Your mission

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the E-commerce Specialist plays a key role in optimizing Cozey’s digital shopping experience and supporting e-commerce initiatives. You will work closely with the UX, Brand, Performance Marketing, and Content teams to execute campaigns, update content, monitor site performance, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring our website remains engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven, you will have the opportunity to grow in the e-commerce space, collaborate across teams, and make a meaningful impact on the customer journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and maintain the SKU creation and update process, including documentation of SOPs, coordination of setup timelines, and ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot bugs or integration issues, working closely with internal teams or external partners as needed.
  • Support the E-commerce Manager in executing merchandising strategies, product launches, and ongoing optimization work.
  • Manage and update product, category, and content pages, ensuring all information is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
  • Track and coordinate progress across E-commerce initiatives, keeping workflows structured, timelines on track, and stakeholders aligned.
  • Conduct basic reporting on site metrics and provide insights and suggestions.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 2+ years’ experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Retail, ideally in a similar or fast-growing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage detailed processes efficiently and accurately, especially around product data and timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving and a focus on speed of execution.
  • A passion for optimizing user experiences and driving better outcomes through iteration.
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently as well as collaborating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Curiosity and technical comfort when learning new tools or troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Sanity CMS, and A/B Tasty (or similar) is an asset.
