Job Description: Location: Sault Ste. Marie or Toronto (Onsite) Duration: Fall (September – December 2026) Type: Student Full Time Range: $18.50 - $28.50 We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to work within a collaborative and high-performing analytics team. You will analyze data, uncover trends, and communicate insights that support strategic, financial, and customer experience improvements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about combining data, storytelling, and business context to make a tangible impact. YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Director, Digital Analytics, you will be empowered to: Support analytics initiatives across the business by contributing to projects, campaigns, and strategic priorities spanning digital, operational, and enterprise analytics. Analyze data end-to-end to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform both short-term actions and long-term strategies. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and other platforms to enable data-driven decision-making. Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable analytical outputs. Apply statistical and quantitative techniques to analyze performance, identify insights, and support business cases. Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights through presentations and storytelling tailored to both technical and business audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions. Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests while contributing to continuous improvement of data quality and processes. Create documentation and presentation materials to support insights, reporting, and knowledge sharing. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME Currently pursuing ideally Master's program in Analytics, Business, Digital or Tech or degree in in business, analytics, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, finance, or mathematics. Experience or familiarity with analytics tools and languages such as: SQL, Python Power BI, Looker (or other visualization tools) Excel Nice to have: Web Analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), Hadoop, Alteryx Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data. Ability to translate data into business insights and tell compelling stories for diverse audiences. Understanding of data modelling, data management, and data quality practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, reliable work. Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong time management and teamwork abilities. Curiosity and interest in understanding both business operations and digital experiences.
