Role Description The Client Acquisition Specialist is a contract, hybrid role based in Montreal, QC, with flexibility to work from home. In this role, the specialist identifies and engages appointment-based businesses across BookingHub’s target verticals, qualifying leads and guiding them through the onboarding process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting outreach via email, phone, and social platforms, and presenting product demos that highlight BookingHub’s key features and value. The specialist collaborates with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute insights that improve acquisition strategies. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking performance metrics, and meeting agreed-upon acquisition and conversion targets.

What You Will Be Doing Prospecting and identifying potential business clients across Montreal and the broader Canadian market through various CRM tools, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and direct outreach Conducting outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to introduce BookingHub, communicate our value proposition, and qualify inbound and outbound leads Scheduling and delivering live product demonstrations that highlight BookingHub's key features and show prospective clients exactly how the platform fits their business Guiding new clients through the full onboarding process from first contact to account setup, ensuring a smooth and supported transition onto the platform Collaborating with our marketing and product teams to refine outreach messaging, gather prospect feedback, and contribute insights that improve our acquisition strategy Building and maintaining accurate records in our CRM tools and tracking performance metrics including outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health Meeting agreed-upon acquisition and conversion targets on a weekly and monthly basis Representing BookingHub at local networking events, industry meetups, and business communities across Canada

What We Are Looking For Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, marketing, sales, communications, or related program Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, assess lead quality, and support data-driven acquisition decisions Proven ability to conduct market research, build prospect lists, and develop effective outreach strategies across target segments Excellent verbal and written communication skills to conduct client outreach, deliver clear and compelling product demos, and maintain professional relationships throughout the sales cycle Program management skills to coordinate acquisition campaigns, manage pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups and onboarding Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while staying aligned with team goals and reporting cadences Experience in B2B SaaS, tech startups, or appointment-based industries is considered a strong asset Familiarity with CRM platforms, outreach tools, or social selling is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting targets, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Bilingual in English and French is a significant asset given our Montreal market focus and knowledge of the Canadian business landscape is an advantage
