About the role
Biscuit Health is on a mission to make effective allergy care accessible for Canadians. Our unique treatment model has enabled over 1,500 patients to get tested and started on treatment within days — eliminating long waitlists and doctor office visits.
As a certified B-Corp, we are guided by the belief that businesses should serve a larger purpose and committed to equity, accountability and sustainability. From how we treat our team and patients to how we grow responsibly. We're looking for people who want their work to create a lasting impact in our communities by redefining what effective and accessible healthcare can look like in Canada.
The role We're looking for a Naturopathic Doctor licensed in British Columbia to support our clinical team on a contractor remote basis. The Naturopathic Doctor will be responsible for ensuring patient care is in alignment with best-practice protocols and regulatory standards. Daily tasks may include issuing orders and reports for patients in coordination with our clinical team as well as virtual visits where needed.
This position is well-suited to a new graduate who wants to gain experience in a leading health-tech environment, learn a specialized area of practice, and contribute to improving access to care.
What You'll Do
- Review and approve patient orders and prescriptions according to established protocols using our established workflows and tools
- Provide oversight and validation for clinical workflows to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with our clinical operations team to identify opportunities to optimize patient safety and quality assurance
- Participate in training and feedback sessions to learn Biscuit Health’s proprietary allergy protocols, data systems, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our EMR
- Support the ongoing evolution of clinical guidelines by providing feedback on patient outcomes and process improvements
Who You Are
- Valid CCHPBC registration for Naturopathic Medicine
- Thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and values quality, efficiency, and integrity
- Strong comfort working with digital systems and clinical documentation
- Eager to learn from an experienced team and gain exposure to operational aspects of modern healthcare delivery
- Experience in addressing allergies or respiratory health conditions is a plus
Why join us? Structured Training: Comprehensive onboarding and allergy-specific clinical training provided.
Low-Patient-Contact Role: Focus on clinical oversight and compliance rather than direct patient visits.
Supportive Environment: Work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team that values mentorship and professional growth.
Purpose-Driven Work: Help deliver life-changing allergy treatment to Canadians faster and more efficiently.
Flexible Schedule: Fully remote role
Our Mission: Join a company committed to patient care, sustainability, and ethical practice.
