Tasks

• Supervise, coordinate, and support the evening production team (8 people).
• Actively participate in operations: welding, assembly, grinding, and packaging.
• Monitor the production schedule, control quality, and make adjustments as needed.
• Optimize work methods and resource management.
• Train employees and ensure proper execution of instructions.
• Maintain a positive, productive, and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Write production reports and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• DEP in welding-assembly, metal structures, or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read complex plans and welding skills (CWB card is an asset).
