What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track and maintain equipment, oversee asset tagging, and support preventative maintenance.
  • Implement inventory management strategies (e.g., EOQ, min/max, kanban).
  • Support the rollout of an ERP system and contribute to process improvements.
  • Coordinate short-term service needs (e.g., movers, installers, repair techs).
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and public sector directives.

Qualifications:

What you bring:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing/ERP systems.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits and group retirement savings
  • Opportunities for tuition reimbursement available after one year to support your continued learning
  • A meaningful role where your work directly supports patient care and recovery
