Marketing Coordinator – International Sales, Marketing and Communications

YOUR MISSION

  • Update information in the various systems (On-Sale charts, Planning Tools, etc.)
  • Set up and manage CRM emails in the system for all markets and with key internal stakeholders
  • Support marketing and promotional activations and special projects by liaising with various Cirque departments, agencies, promoters and third parties.
  • Act as liaison for the execution of national TSD communication initiatives in collaboration with Marketing Managers, Graphic and Content Manager, and other internal teams.
  • Connect with the Box Office to provide links and toolsfor tickets with our external agencies
  • Process merchandising orders and shipments for promotional activations
  • Work on research projects as requested
  • Administer the financial process for the department including requesting/sending invoices and tracking payments, and overall budget coordination
  • Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director, Sr. Marketing Manager and Sr. Digital Manager.

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

  • Requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, considerable knowledge of customer service, proficient arithmetic skills and record keeping skills, strong word processing, and database skills, and ability to work effectively with others. Must be able to self-initiate activities, coordinate tasks and exhibit project management and follow-up skills. Strong typing and computer skills are necessary; expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Exceland PowerPoint) and other PC software required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university preferable.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience in marketing or project coordination.
  • Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, media plans and promotional activities
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written). A third language will be highly favoured.
