Vous serez responsable de piloter la performance opérationnelle, d’identifier des opportunités d’amélioration et de soutenir la prise de décision grâce à des
analyses solides.

Ce que vous réaliserez au quotidien
Pilotage de la performance opérationnelle
- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) des opérations.
- Identifier les écarts de performance et recommander des actions correctives.
- Mettre en place et maintenir des ‘’dashboards’’ de suivi (coûts, service, efficacité,pertes).
- Supporter les équipes dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs opérationnels.
- Soutenir les initiatives stratégiques (lancements, changements, transformation).
- Fournir des analyses stratégiques et recommandations à la direction.
- Préparer des présentations exécutives (performance, risques, opportunités)
Gestion financière & optimisation des coûts
- Superviser et analyser les coûts opérationnels (matières premières, pertes, production).
- Piloter les budgets et prévision en collaboration avec L’équipe Finance.
- Identifier et déployer des initiatives de réduction des coûts et d’amélioration des marges.
Amélioration continue & excellence opérationnelle
- Identifier des opportunités d’optimisation des processus (end-to-end).
- Piloter des projets d’amélioration continue (Lean, standardisation, simplification).
- Déployer des outils et bonnes pratiques pour améliorer l’efficacité organisationnelle.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Finance et Opérations.
Les indispensables pour intégrer notre équipe
- Diplôme d’études Universitaires dans un domaine relié aux opérations ou l’amélioration opérationnelle
- Un minimum de 5 ans en gestion de projet
- Expérience dans le domaine des opérations plus précisément dans un environnement manufacturier
- Expérience en CPG ou du domaine alimentaire (un atout)
- Expertise avec divers système informatique dont SAP
- Bilinguisme (interactions internes en anglais et en francais)

Your role
As a Project Manager – Supply Chain & Performance, you will act as a bridge between operational, financial, and commercial teams to optimize processes, improve profitability, and ensure the effective execution of business priorities. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting decision-making through solid analysis.

What you will accomplish daily
Operational Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain performance dashboards (costs, service, efficiency, losses).
- Support teams in achieving their operational objectives.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives (launches, changes, transformation).
- Provide strategic analyses and recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare executive presentations (performance, risks, opportunities).
Financial Management & Cost Optimization
- Oversee and analyze operational costs (raw materials, losses, production).
- Lead budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Identify and deploy cost‑reduction and margin‑improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify end‑to‑end process optimization opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, standardization, simplification).
- Deploy tools and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
What you need to join our team
- University degree in a field related to operations or operational improvement
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Experience in operations, specifically in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in CPG or the food industry (an asset)
- Proficiency with various IT systems, including SAP
- Bilingualism (internal interactions in both English and French)
